  • How long does setup take?▾
    About 15 minutes — mostly answering 22 common questions.
  • Do I need tech skills?▾
    None. If you can fill a form, you can set up chatwme.

AI Assistant

  • Can I customize the bot's personality?▾
    Pro and Studio plans support custom name and tone (Professional / Friendly / Casual).
  • What happens when someone asks an off-topic question?▾
    The bot uses a safe fallback message — it never invents answers.
  • Can I add my own questions?▾
    Yes. Lite: 5 custom QA. Pro: 50. Studio: 50 per artist.
