Terms of Service

By accessing or using ChatWme, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ChatWme is an AI-powered customer-service assistant for tattoo artists and studios. It lets you configure a chat widget that answers visitor questions from the content you provide, hosted on your chatwme.co page or embedded on your own site.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You are responsible for the content you upload (questions and answers, prompts, business details) and for keeping it accurate. You agree to use ChatWme in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including any tattoo licensing and health regulations that apply to your business.

Your assistant generates responses based on the content you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that underlying content. ChatWme makes no warranty that AI-generated responses are accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose — and they must not be relied upon for legal, medical, or safety-critical decisions.

You agree not to use ChatWme to publish illegal content, to impersonate others, to send spam, or to abuse the chat widget for purposes unrelated to your business. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

ChatWme offers free and paid plans. When paid billing is active, fees are charged per the plan and billing cycle you select, and the then-current refund policy applies. Details of plans and pricing are shown on our pricing page. (Paid billing may not yet be enabled for all accounts.)

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases.

You own the content you upload. We own the ChatWme platform, software, and brand. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the service to you and your end-users.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patch Tattoo Therapy LLC, a California limited liability company ("Patch Tattoo Therapy LLC"), and its officers and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patch Tattoo Therapy LLC from any third-party claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. ChatWme is operated by Patch Tattoo Therapy LLC.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If you do not agree to the updated terms, your remedy is to stop using the service and cancel your account. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
